Block party Halloween costumes worked out better than anticipated. Lucille and Frances went as bees and Joe and I were beekeepers. They almost made it to the end of the block in the costume parade before getting distracted. Maybe next year!

With all of the stress & insanity of being in academia right now, I needed a win. I'm a certified Pilates instructor and today a 78 year old client told me they were able to stabilize themselves and avoid a fall thanks to the stability work we've been doing in class. Win ❤️

Non-academic achievement: Taught a 200 person Pilates mat class this weekend at a women's health event and it was so fun to be surrounded by a group of women taking time to connect with one another and get their bodies moving! ❤️
