had a conversation with a customer today who informed me that they: > lost a big customer to a competitor because their UX & UI sucked (biggg ARR) > won that customer back a few months later after demoing our new designs together. frikkin stoked

today I visited an aquarium and bumped into a shark who happened to be a huge fan of @Cap. he even had his own Cap shark merch. we spoke about B2B SaaS and how he's excited about our 0.4.0 release also turns out he's an upcoming shark on Shark Tank and offered to invest $500m.
