I came across this tweet the same morning that I re-read John Horgan’s essay ‘Stephen Jay Gould on Marx, Kuhn and Punk Meek’. Is evolutionary biology unusually burdened by its history?

Väldig tacksam mot Arvid Ågren för dessa två excellenta böcker som jag ser mycket fram emot att läsa.

Jag måste bara säga: den här boken av Arvid Ågren är fullkomligt underbar. En akademisk prestation i sin renaste form: rättvis, tillgänglig, klartänkt, bildad, ärlig. Om man är intresserad av ”selfish gene”-hypotesen och evolutionsvetenskap är den oumbärlig. Är väldigt imponerad!
