ICE is great but Pediatric TEE for interventions is adequate as well, we did this a lot with Mohamad Alkhouli but this one is first time Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital along with ashok chaudhary —a simple PFO closure in 10 min with no general anesthesia or intubation
