This morning, we kicked off a three-day engagement on Uganda’s Oil & Gas sector at Kabalega Resort in Hoima. The engagement is led by Ms. Lucy Nakyobe, Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet, together with Dr. Aminah Zawedde, Permanent Secretary Ministry of ICT&NG, and Eng.
