The first great threat to Civil Liberties are the three new criminal laws scheduled to kick in on 1st July. They must be put on hold as a condition of support to any new government. Maybe Sidharth Luthra can suggest to N Chandrababu Naidu or Kapil Sibal lead the SCBA into a movement.
