Lately , it's fascinating how often clients seek validation instead of genuine transformation. Consultants don't have magic wands. Rather, the process is the real catalyst for change. #TrustTheProcess is the bridge between current challenges and potential breakthroughs.

VISA: Retrieval Augmented Generation with Visual Source Attribution Very cool work! We will see more in this direction in the future! End to end pipelines using VLMs.

been thinking about writing a blog post about this. my take is that it’s a mess of the following: - if the goal is to minimize the time to working prototype, the framework will try to pydantic-ify or dataclass-ify everything (eg decorators for tools, memory objects) - validation

Among #agents buzz , this looks like another trend a lot of LLM companies been following - have already heard about Meta and Perplexity doing something similar too.

Been trying to justify why evals take longer even with the tools and looks like we have a damn good written validation! Thanks 😊

Indeed ! We test on text data while real-world info retrieval demands handling diverse unstructured content. We haven't even solved text retrieval properly, yet our evaluation metrics keep showing "progress." The gap between benchmarks and actual use cases has never been wider.

It's such a refreshing experience attending Esri User Conference , I am amazed how gender balanced is the speakers' pool , for every male speaker, there are 1 or even 2 female speakers!! Lovin' it😍
