There’s always someone in the background pushing you. I did it today after being off for over a month, 300H and 400m. I’m going to the A&M 2025 TAAF State Games. 🥇🥇

I’m going to enjoy my three days off, but I’ll be back at it again on Wednesday, practicing for 15 hours a week, excluding recovery time. I can I must and I will be successful. The future me depends on it.
