Bought a fancy perfume as a celebration for some good news then thought I'd left in in JFK airport during a layover. Took it as a bad omen. No perfume = no more good news? ANYWAY I JUST FOUND IT IN MY HOUSE, IT'S ALL FINE, EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE GREAT. (Also I smell v nice.)

Can there be a club that just plays the FANGIRLS (A New Musical) pre-show playlist in full then? I'd go. Banger after banger.

I had a dream where my survival hinged entirely on solving riddles based on lyrics from musicals last night, if you're wondering how 'caricature of myself' I am this week.

Send myself a lot of emails about things I should put in the books, and tweet things like this when I'm on deadline and feeling the passage of time acutely, mostly.

Just opened my editing to-do list for my adult book and the first item simply says 'present tense,' like changing 87,000 words in 6 days because I preferred ONE SCENE in present is a sane thing to do. 😅 (It will be way stronger but wow brain. Couldn't u have told me earlier?)

Today I cried in Aldi because Seasons of Love is such a good song so that's where we are. (Hormonal caricature of myself.)
