Bakta is a worthy successor to Prokka, which has been neglected in recent years. Bakta is being actively developed with new features that Prokka never had, so I encourage Prokka users to try it out!

Anyone know of a primary specimen collection tube that is: - leakproof - screw cap & closes with a minimum 1.5 turns - meets guidelines P650 for human exempt specimens? - meets guidelines shipping of ethanol in limited quantities? The 1.5 turns criteria has me stumped.
