Preclinical study suggests that AR blockade sensitizes prostate cancer to ICIs by directly enhancing CD8+ T cell function. Mechanistically, AR was found to bind to the IFNγ gene & thus suppress cytokine production in CD8+ T cells. nature.com/articles/s4158… #PCSM #ImmunoOnc
