Hi everyone, I finally made an academic Twitter! I am a policing researcher with an interest in use of force. I am also a trained crime analyst focused on crime reduction strategies. I will begin pursing a PhD this fall UNO School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. I look forward to connecting with fellow scholars!

Hey everyone, I finally made an academic Twitter and figured it’s time to introduce myself. I’m a policing researcher interested in evidence-based policing. This fall I’ll be joining UNO School of Criminology and Criminal Justice to start pursuing a PhD. I’m looking forward to connecting with fellow scholars on here!

Outstanding presentation from doctoral student John Ursino during Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences in Chicago this week. John works with Zachary Hamilton and Nebraska Center for Justice Research on important corrections issues with implications for Nebraska and the nation. Great work John!
