Today’s #ThrowbackThursday photo features Dr Roy Pollock, a former graduate student who worked with Drs Carmichael & Appel on the parvovirus in the late 1970’s. The team developed a diagnostic test & created a vaccine by growing a less virulent form of the virus in cell cultures.
