Congrats to Anne Arundel Connecting Together, County Executive Steuart Pittman and the Anne Arundel Co. Council for passing the Housing Attainability Act, which would require new housing developments with 20 or more units to designate 10% of for-sale units and 15% of rental units to be affordable. buff.ly/4f1z4Km

On Oct. 7, our friends at CDNMaryland recognized our coalition for supporting the passage of the #BmoreInclusionary Bill at their Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony. We had a terrific turnout at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and were joined by Secretary Secretary Jake Day.



Inclusionary Housing Coalition Baltimore Whats up? City has yet to appoint & convene the #InclusionaryHousing Board. Baltimore DHCD still hasnt issued necessary rules & regs. Its 11 months since bill passed, 10 mo since signed into law by Brandon M. Scott & 3 mo since it took effect. Come @ 3 pm to hear explanation for delays!

The Baltimore DHCD will hold a virtual Inclusionary Housing Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 20 at 4 p.m. Unfortunately, the Board will not be inviting the public to participate, but your attendance will let them know you support inclusionary housing in our city. Please join us!
