Homelessness in Toronto has increased 77% since 2018. In Guelph it's increased 33% since 2023. Hamilton, 31% since 2021. Sudbury, 25% in three years. Whether you're a refugee or a citizen, Ontarians are locked into a crisis of unaffordability, unemployment, unavailable supports.
