I was delighted to sign a new MOU for co-financing of $2 billion with President of Islamic Development Bank Group, Dr. Al-Jasser. African Development Bank Group and IsDB Group delivered co-financing of $2.4 billion on recent MOU, exceeding the $2 billion target. Let’s do it again!
