Happy to be home after four fantastic days of The NFC drafts in Las Vegas. The highlight was definitely taking part in the first Champions League auction. As expected, it was an incredibly tough room. When the dust settled, here's what I had.

Another depressing end to a Leafs season. Game 5 was closer than the score, Game 7 absolutely horrendous. Panthers are better, but my god. Marner gone, should find a way to move Rielly, need to be deeper on forward line, at least they have goalie sorted for a year.

It’s almost as if baseball is a game of high variance over small samples with highs and lows throughout a season and over larger samples players generally end up about where we expected them to be (barring injury or extremes in luck)

Glad this is happening. Bad season so far (though 6 & 11 isn’t awful). Been very unlucky, just needs to regain confidence and see BABIP, HR/Barrel regress. AVG: .212 (2025) / .271 (Career) BABIP: .245 (1.3% IFFB‼️) / .315 Barrel: 6% / 9% HR/Barrel: 40% / 49% Hard: 40% / 46%
