Girls Flag Football 🏈 NYS Class C Beekmantown Lady Eagles 13, Holy Trinity Pride 12. The Eagles (17-1) are going to the Regional final against the Section III champion Oneida on Saturday, at SUNY Morrisville.

Upset-minded Peru, which finished 6-7 in the CVAC, just scored four runs in the sixth inning to build an 8-1 lead over Beekmantown. Peru pitcher Zoey Malcom has been effective, allowing one run and only two first-inning singles. She has seven strikeouts.

Saranac 6, Northeastern Clinton 2, final. The Spartans are Section VII Class B softball champions. Saranac catcher Elizabeth Recore went 3-for-3 with two singles, a double and two RBIs.
