Alright, BC Wildfire App is coming back online! After a few year hiatus, and a completely reworked android app (still working on IOS). We are going to provide push notifications services to those who want to know what's happening around them in BC this fire season. #bcwildfire

Something that people may find helpful for stopping fires is packing wet sand/dirt (aka mud) on vulnerable surfaces if you can. This is far more effective than just wetting a surface with water, which evaporates quickly.
