Yesterday, I went to the woods and recorded (as in spoke-into-being) two new poems for the next collection, sitting on a cairn overlooking a wide slice of Devon. A butterfly repeatedly visited me while I was speaking, to listen to what I was saying. It said it was mostly shite.
