New Penn Med Nudge Unit RCT led by Srinath Adusumalli, MD, MSHP, MBMI, FACC out today in JAMA Cardiology. We tested two EHR-based nudges for statin prescribing among 16 cardiology practices. Congrats to Rebecca Pepe on defending her dissertation proposal "Water Insecurity Among Philadelphia Residents: Health Effects & Promise for Policy Intervention." Her research explores the impact of water shutoffs on health and the role of low-income customer support programs.
