James Titcombe Wes Streeting Kate Brintworth Thanks James Titcombe we need balanced information and not a 'hierarchy of birth' where physiological birth pain relief free birth is the pinnacle. Information on interventions should be shared to enable realistic expectations and reduce sense of faliure!
