I had a wonderful time at the The Wainwright Prize tonight! It was such an honour to be on this panel and to meet the other incredible authors. Huge congrats to Michael Malay, Helen Czerski and Katya Balen who all won in their categories. It really was an inspiring evening.

These are just SOME of the books Iāve been delving into for the non fiction course Iām running with WritelikeaGrrrl at the end of Oct. If youāve ever wanted to write non-fiction but donāt know where to start, come and join me! Itās going to be great. writelikeagrrrl.org/product/non-fiā¦

Wonderful walk around Grizedale Sculpture with Dave and Mark from Countrystride podcast today. There will be a lot of editing! Podcast out soon. š„°

Yes Mark Crossan! Only caught the last 15 mins but so good to hear Jenny Brown Agency and see that Malachy Tallack was on earlier too. Kirsty Wark is, as always, brilliant presenting. Loving this more northern/Scottish view on Front Row.

Already Highly recommend Rebecca Smith book āRuralā and would give this field ramble podcast a listen if rural working class is remotely on your radar or something youād like to gain an understanding. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/fieā¦
