I had a wonderful time at the The Wainwright Prize tonight! It was such an honour to be on this panel and to meet the other incredible authors. Huge congrats to Michael Malay, Helen Czerski and Katya Balen who all won in their categories. It really was an inspiring evening.

It was really lovely to be part of one of these panels! The authors were all so inspiring and I’ll definitely be ordering the books I haven’t read straight away.

There were elephants, dinosaurs and a little boy very pleased with his fish. Ulverston Lantern Festival was brilliant, as always.
