🏅We had so much fun at our Sports and MOVE Day last week! We were ecstatic to be joined by Olympic torch bearer Viv! She kindly shared her torch with us and presented our medals for our achievements! The MOVE Programme

⛺️Congratulations to Rubies Class for completing their The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition last night! Learners took part in an orienteering activity to The KingstonAcademy where they pitched their tent, enjoyed marshmallow roasting and sharing s'mores! Thank you The Kingston Academy for sharing your site!

🎨We were delighted to have local artist, Tom from sho lansky who came in to school this week to paint a woodland scene mural in our sensory garden featuring animals voted for by our pupils. Thank you to Tom for his time and to @friendsofbedelsford who who funded the mural.

Sixth Form have been working hard as part of their The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and their Enterprise work to host this year’s ‘Summer Fun Day’ for our school community to enjoy. Sixth Form students planned the day, run stalls and count winnings! We all had lots of fun- thank you to all who supported!

🎨Welcome to our art exhibition! Today, our 6th Form Leavers and Leavers exhibited their impressive artwork portfolios to friends and family members. Well done to all involved- your artwork is beautiful!

📖Well done to Rubies Class who hosted their 'Author's Tea' on Thursday. Families and friends were invited to an event in class where pupils shared autobiographies written over the course of the year. It was brilliant to see everyone's hard work and independence skills being used

Who else is inspired by the #Paralympics? Bedelsford School the aim is for every pupil, no matter their ability, to be able to participate in meaningful and fun Physical Education. They recreated the magic of London 2012 at sports day and have loved following the athletes in #Paris2024

Thank you to Your Healthcare & Bedelsford School school for hosting us on a visit today. It was wonderful to meet so many amazing SLTs & SLTAs and to find out about the important role they do supporting the local community. It’s always great to be able to see SLTs in action!

On Monday October 14th, we were exceptionally proud to attend the Jack Petchey Kingston achievement award event at the Rose Theatre, with the Mayor of Kingston in attendance. Three of our pupils and two staff members were recognised for their outstanding achievements! Well done!

We attended the Access All Areas fair at Twickenham Stoop, with their parents as well. We meet with further education, supported employment providers and social care and social opportunity providers. We look forward to attending again next year!
