This cloudy (but dry!!) Saturday 27 volunteers facilitated 361 people ambling, walking, jogging and running round Bedford Park. We welcomed 27 first timers and celebrated 41 new Personal Bests. #LoveParkrun

This week a post-Covid record 426 people walked, jogged and ran in sunny Bedford Park, supported by 28 high vis heroes. We welcomed Stroke Association and 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer teams and beat our parkwalker participant record 🥳🥳🥳. We also welcomed 38 first timers! #LoveParkun
