The fact that the Minnesota State High School League allows a high school pitcher to throw 105 pitches and return on just 3 days rest—and pushes that to 115 during playoffs—is criminal. This isn’t protecting athletes. It’s enabling injury. Arm health should not be compromised for wins. #ProtectYoungArms
