Joseph Otai, Senior Superintendent of Prisons, commends #MTNFoundation's donation to Masaka Main and Women prison. This aligns with our vision of reintegration and rehabilitation. As the largest prison in Greater Masaka, there's a lack of inmate rehabilitation in our area.
