Molecular Ratchets and Kinetic Asymmetry: Giving Chemistry Direction (Benjamin M. W. Roberts and co-workers) #AngewandteReview #openaccess Dave Leigh onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…

Angewandte Chemie Dave Leigh Plus only one equation in the whole paper - shown as Eq. 42 d), a special case of the non-equilibrium pumping equality. For a more mathematically oriented discussion see: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…

Just accepted in Angewandte Chemie a paper by Haridas Kar Haridas Kar with Lorenzo Goldin and Diego Frezzato. ‘Local Self-Assembly of Dissipative Structures Sustained by Substrate Diffusion’. Check out my perspective where I discuss the potential of synthetic polymers for kinetically controlled assembly in J. Am. Chem. Soc.! There's lots of exciting research to be done in this area... watch this space! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…

Happy to share Christine Kriebisch's work in Nature Chemistry! Origin of life research tests how biomolecules like RNA emerge from pools of molecules. The problem is that RNA is unstable. We built a model and tested production and protection of such molecules. nature.com/articles/s4155…

🚨🎉I am very proud to share our (Jiarong Wu) recent work published in J. Am. Chem. Soc. , where we use our imine-based photoswitches to drive a transimination reaction energetically uphill🔦⛰️ We are excited to continue exploring this area!😃Check out the paper at doi.org/10.1021/jacs.4…

Big news for us ✨️🎈🎉! From October 2024, the group will move to University of Warwick Warwick Chemistry. Really excited for this, we can't wait to get started 😁😁😁! Of course also sad to leave all the wonderful colleagues KTH Royal Institute of Technology, thanks for everything!!

Now online: Review article by Zoe Ashbridge & Joost Reek Zoe Ashbridge & Joost Reek The multifaceted roles of MnL2n cages in catalysis nature.com/articles/s4416… ($)

Great to see this Nature Synthesis review with Joost Reek on the roles of metal-organic cages in catalysis has been published! Link to view here: rdcu.be/dONow

Great news for Friday - our catalytic photoswitchable cage is out in J. Am. Chem. Soc.! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…
