🧡 Year 2 have been busy celebrating #Refugeeweek! Schools of Sanctuary 🧡 Birmingham Schools of Sanctuary 🧡 They have walked 5 miles for their sponsored walk and have been learning all about Victor Moses and his childhood story of arriving in the UK as an asylum seeker. 🧡




Today, some of our Reception children had the opportunity to learn how to balance on a bike. They will be doing this over the course of three weeks. Aspire Active Education Balanceability Watch them go!


🧡Yesterday some of our Change Ambassadors visited St Clares Catholic Primary for the @BrumSchsofSanc celebration day! We learnt lots about other people's cultures and had fun making musical instruments, sending secret messages of welcome and playing traditional games from other countries.🧡


Five girls represented our school exceptionally at the Girls' World Cup Football Competition and they successfully made it to the quarter finals, bringing pride to our school. Thanks to @KESSPBcom & Hannah Reed- SGO, Sports Co-ordinator, PhD Student for the amazing opportunity. #letgirlsplay #girlsfootballinschools
