Today, on the 3 year anniversary of the Dobbs Decision, seems as good a day as any to post this story again — noting that 10 year olds can, in fact, become pregnant after being sexually assaulted.

While we don’t know the exact reason yet (actual filing isn’t filed but docket notation is), I’d guess it’s because the judge found the non-disclosed witness would not have substantially changed the outcome. Coy’s team already said they’d appeal, so this will be added to that.
