I went to a fabulous masterclass with the AimHi Earth team and CliMatt (Matthew Shribman). An important and wonderful course for all humans to have the foundations to navigate how Lille is changing. I am supporting his book as awareness and information is the first step in our evolution.

Lufthansa your customer service & staff are the most rude, disrespectful & unhelpful people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I've been hung up on & even told their job was "not to be respectful" I would like help from someone capable & kind.

I've done all of this & as I said the customers service & communications between Lufthansa and airports is non existent. The online platform is effectively useless. Your representatives continue to say they can't do anything because "well I'm not at the airport". So who CAN help?
