Kids might not remember all your lessons. But they will always remember kindness… and humor… and joy.

Our scarcest, most precious resource is not time or energy. It’s attention. Our circumstances are often beyond our control. Our concentration is within it. Where we focus shapes our happiness, success, and relationships. Undivided attention is the most basic currency of care.

PBIS is not a trauma invested system. It is based on the behaviorist theory, which assumes all behavior is a choice and can be stopped at any time. We know too much about the brain now to continue such antiquated practices in schools.
