Thank you Betsy, Beagle Ambassador for FLOE for helping protect all the vulnerable animals in rescue. We need it to be a safer space. Those poor dogs in Essex thought they'd found a Good Samaritan. We need to get this petition to 100k. Scotland already regulates rescues - why not here?
