Thank you to the Water Safety Team from Humberside Fire and Rescue for delivering brilliant interactive sessions to all our Y8 students today, in the sunshine, in our lovely quad.

Many thanks to those students who took part in the Charity Army Crawl to raise awareness and funds for Hull4Heores. Hull4Heores is a charity that supports military veterans with transition to civilian life.

After a service outside our memorial pavilion, the winners of the Y7 VE Day bunting competition laid a wreath at school and another at Beverley Minster at the BGS memorial stone. Thank you to Miss Hughes, Head of History, for organising the remembrance event.

And today our geographers found the sun!
