A day around the Ypres Salient with Battle Honours Tours and starting off at Hill 60. It's days like these that just emphasise to me how lucky I am to do something I love.

Great, to be back in #Gallipoli leading the 2025 Gallipoli Association Bursary Tour for Upper Wharfedale School School, studying the Helles from both Allied and Turkish perspectives.

Day 2 of our Gallipoli Association Bursary Tour for Upper Wharfedale School and we visited the Anzac sector, the students were a credit and really engaged with the subject.

Final day at Gallipoli for the students at Upper Wharfedale School on their Gallipoli Association Bursary Tour and we focused on the Turkish response to both the Anzac and Suvla landings in April and August, important for them to study the story of Gallipoli from both sides of the wire.

Thank you to the National Army Museum for hosting our Ops Normal presentation today. We were certainly made very welcome. It's great to see Ops Normal on sale at the home of Army history. Helion & Company Ltd

My good and very dapper friend, the incisive historian Clive HARRIS was spotted explaining the London Blitz on the small screen tonight.
