Congratulations to Ben West who broke the Bicester course record today finishing in 15.55. Ben who represents Bicester Athletics Club & runs in the JM 15-17 age group, has knocked 1 sec off the previous record held by GB athlete Ian Kimpton so an amazing time by Ben.
