One of the key messages from our consultation was participants urging GP bodies to meaningfully counter the unhelpful and negative media headlines. It was felt this would go some way in easing the burnout that results from not feeling valued. Great to see this happening.

Engaging the workforce to find positive solutions for the future is always the answer, even when the question keeps changing. Excellent to see HEE adopt our recommendations from the Big GP Consultation in their new vision for GP training. 👏
