.Edinburgh Airport What in god's name is happening with your lost baggage service? There's never anyone at the Menzies desk, and they never answer the phone, and they knock off hours before the last flights of the day. Not fit for service.

.Edinburgh Airport My wife's baggage was delayed in Frankfurt two days ago and there's been no one at the Menzies desk to ask ever since. Another guy has received a text saying his bag is found (after 2wks), but can't find anyone from Menzies to release it. Help these people!

Has anyone else had bad experiences with @edi_airport lost luggage services Menzies? Has anyone ever had a good experience? Even the baggage handlers raise their eyes when you mention Menzies' name. Online reviews for Menzies are the worst I've ever seen.
