Today, letโ€™s look at the NY side of the Atlantic DOT. We have 7 producers to manage 13 sites. Since we staff 16-18 hours a day, 7 days a week, you find yourself working solo โ€“ often the AM and PM shifts donโ€™t even overlap for a proper handoff. We need to keep track of a lot.

WEโ€™RE WALKING OUT! โœŠ After countless bargaining sessions that management has either delayed, pushed back, or shown up to the table empty-handed, WEโ€™VE HAD ENOUGH! Weโ€™re taking a 2 & 1/2 day walk out to show management that we will not stand for their inadequate wage proposal!
