Setting yearly goals to change ourselves is the norm. What we really should be doing is setting a yearly goal to be our true authentic selves. When you do this, you attract the right people, achieve more, and become more fulfilled. Your authentic self always wins.

One thing I’m grateful for is the opportunity to have choices. Waking up and choosing to workout or not is a choice to be grateful for. Same thing when adversity hits, you have options on how to handle it. The fact that you have options is a blessing. Choose with gratitude.

How does a person battle comparison, being over reactive, & seeking approval all the time? Being precise & exact in all things. Real truth. It doesn’t change. Truth goes into any situation with real control. Be your true self in thought, word, & action. 🙏🏽 Always Winning

One tip that’s helped me enjoy life more- Take time to make time. If I want more family time, I will take time from 4-6 AM to workout so I make time from 6-9 AM with my kids in the morning. Take time to make time is discipline. Use it to create more time. 🙏🏽 Always Winning
