So much of human progress is temperature control. Air conditioning saves lives, reduces stress, boosts productivity, saves the NHS money, incentivises solar infrastructure and is negatively correlated with existing energy demand. A no-brainer for policymakers.

He took out govenrment loans during COVID of ÂŁ70,000 for two shell companies with no employees or assets or accounts, and then transf erred ownership to his mother. He tried to have them both struck off to avoid repayment, but HMRC intervened. Basically a crook.
