Sgt Shiou Deng, a devoted 26 year veteran of the LAPD HQ, tragically lost his life while selflessly aiding motorists involved in a crash. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues, and honor his commitment to public service. May he rest in peace.
