So great to hear from our Early Career panellists! In our first session, we have Dr Eleanor Baker on medieval book curses, georgie on the racialised bodies of the Luttrell Psalter, and Raphaëlle Goyeau on a Robert Cotton binding

Our wonderful second panel, hearing from Clara Chamberlain on late medieval Iberian chivalry, Ummugulsum Kurukol on Evliya Celebi and the travel tradition, and Laura Feigen on Hebrew MSS in cross-cultural contexts

My first day of PhD excitement came in the form of a wonderful conference organised by Bookscapes Workshops at MEMS - starting in the Canterbury Cathedral archives and continuing with some fascinating papers presented on campus and online 😍

Finishing up with MEDIUM ÆVUM 's Annual Lecture from Dr Sarah Bowden on St Oswald of Northumbria

As the sun sets on Canterbury Cathedral, so the BOOKS ACROSS BORDERS conference comes to a close! Thank you to all of the speakers, and all of the attendees (both online and in-person), who joined us today - and to our fantastic collaborators at Bookscapes Workshops.
