Praying for all General Synod - CofE especially those from The Diocese of Gloucester. The need for independence in scrutiny and delivery of safeguarding is in my view fully made. I am not a member but if I were it would be option 4.

What we’ve got to is independent scrutiny, and that is progress. However, what we really need is operational independence in our safeguarding. We can still get there - but Synod’s decision yesterday makes for a longer and more complex path. The Church of England General Synod
