1/ We at Dagster have a Python monorepo. About 500K lines of code and 70 python packages. Not big compared to bigco, but big enough where some python tools fall over. One of these is pylint. We've switched to Ruff (github.com/charliermarsh/…) by Charlie Marsh. It's a gamechanger.
