Fantastic news for clean power. #NuclearEnergy has to be part of the solution set if we're going to deliver on our climate ambitions. Great to see Microsoft and Constellation working together to break the mold! More of this please!

An extraordinarily concerning outcome that illustrates what's at risk if we undermine the certainty that companies need to make investments in America. Heartbroken for the folks in Newnan, Atlanta and the surrounding region who will feel the brunt of this decision the most.

The people and communities who helped power America's rise deserve a chance to raise their families in a place their kids want to raise their own families in. Clean energy is that future. Congress should bet on that future. My latest... c2es.org/2025/03/bet-onโ€ฆ

IDP can be a boon to domestic manufacturing in high-growth sectors. We should be supporting these innovators, not pulling the rug out from underneath them.

Companies who've ALREADY MADE INVESTMENTS, now have to make the decision whether to try and cover these broken promises themselves, or...shut the projects down entirely and eat those investments. And...next time they'll build overseas, where policy is supportive and stable.

There will be significant economic and energy security consequences of this decision. The only question is how significant the political consequences will be. Those underestimating either will regret moving this forward.

Weโ€™ve seen the headlines following passage of the budget reconciliation bill, but whatโ€™s next for clean energy and climate advocates? Read @natkeohaneโ€™s thoughts in this new op-ed from @washpost on lessons learned and the political path forward. wapo.st/44Gc7IZ

It's almost like our economic future depends on our ability to get ahead of where the economy's heading, rather than trying to slam on the brakes. Too bad no one saw this coming :/
