CHIP stands for clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential. But it's no longer "indeterminate," as exemplified by this report, and needs a new abbreviation Nature Medicine by Caitlyn Vlasschaert Alex Bick and colleagues nature.com/articles/s4159…
