Another game of two halves last night, positive 1st half following Saturday’s win. Have to give Skegness Town FC credit for the way they started the 2nd half, and the goal really opened up the game. Few weeks ago we would have folded at 1-1, so there’s clear progress.#weareclarets

Horrible conditions today which Belper dealt with better than us. Unfortunately a similar story to some previous games, conceding poor goals and missing chances make it very difficult to win games. We’ll keep working hard to become consistent. #weareclarets

Really disappointing afternoon where we never got to the levels we showed on Tuesday. Our levels of consistency are our main concern because we’ve shown we can get big wins but haven’t yet shown that we can back those results up. Looking forward to putting it right on Wednesday.

Delighted to progress to the Hinchingbrooke semi final. Challenging game where we had to show character in difficult conditions, but when they needed to the boys really pulled together. Four wins in our last six games shows progression, but need to build on that run on Saturday

Would have accepted a draw before the game and it was probably a fair result, but feels like a defeat! We must learn from today and make sure we don’t throw points away like that again. Fair play to the lads that played through injury and illness today. #weareclarets
