Posting this to hopefully reach young softball players and players that struggle with mental health. This past month i have been in the biggest slump of my carrer, loosing confidence, having bad mental health, and letting it affect me on and off the field. It’s so important that

Seeing Sky’s growth on and off the field has been one of the most inspirational things I’ve witnessed during travel softball career. To the younger girls looking to play in college, you matter, your mental health matters. Trust the process, and trust gods plan🩷
