I'd say scrum 1st phase attacks are the absolute highlight of modern attacking rugby. So, to not allow a team take a scrum from a free kick to encourage more "ball in flow" 🤔 makes no sense. Worldies being scored each week from scrum launches. Why do we hate scrums so much?
